Designed and constructed over 12 years by owners and architects Rebekah and Casey Vallance (Cultivar Architects + Cox Rayner), the Left Over Space House in Paddington, was awarded “House of the Year” at the World Architecture Festival Awards in 2013. Brookes Street House by James Russell Architect is nestled between two 19th-century state-heritage-listed buildings in Fortitude Valley.
