Learn new techniques to integrate the arts in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEAM). Presented by SLQ’s Asia Pacific Design Library in partnership with International Grammar School and QMI Solutions, educators, students and interested participants will construct a Lumifold lamp using the origami sekkei technique – a form of mathematical and computational paper folding, and take it home to light up their world!

The workshop is designed and led by Melissa Silk and Annette Mauer, STEAM educators from Sydney, using SLQ APDL’s Design Minds process of inquire, ideate and implement.
